Purchases via Third-Party Platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop)

Returns and refunds must follow the policies of the respective platform. Please initiate return/refund requests directly through those platforms.

Purchases via Our Website (myfarmiere.com)

  • All food sales are final. No returns or exchanges due to hygiene, safety, and perishability concerns, unless required by law.

  • No returns/exchanges for change of mind or preference.

  • Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via our contact form, including order number and clear photo evidence.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered only if the issue is verified to be our fault.

  • Non-returnable items include: perishables (fresh/frozen), opened items, final sale or promotional goods.
